Being from Canada, I was a bit surprised to find out the kidnapped prince had grown up in an organized crime family from Quebec and even more surprised when I found out he was discovered in that awful tragedy in 2001, (don't worry, this is not a spoiler, the first chapter is called September 11, 2001, after all). I loved the way the prince found out about his royal parents and the way the author demonstrated both the conflict and stress this caused, as well as the happy moments.
The ending was a surprise and demonstrated how powerful the mob could be, even with the lofty protection the royals usually have.
There are some funny moments went a Brit with a cockney accent meets a guy with a heavy New York accent.
Great plot and hopefully they'll be a sequel.

I didn't get farther than 3% through this book. The editing was extremely poor. I couldn't understand what they were talking about so I quit.
I would not recommend this book to anyone.
